Title: Truck bogs in second gear

Hello everyone,

My truck is a 1984 C20, it has a 305 with 4 speed and has a stock setup with a quadrajet carb. The truck drives fine in L,  1st, and reverse but when i try to go from 1st to 2nd it bogs in second and i cant even really use the throttle it wont go any faster it will just bog.

Is this an issue with the jets? They have never been changed or is this an issue with the secondaries?

The carb has not been rebuilt so should it try that?

I just got it to run pretty much, and when i try to drive it it does that.
