Ok I am hoping someone will be able to help me out here.
Long story short I moved my battery to rear because my suburban is on airbags and I had to removed the front wheel wells and rear with other modifications so that it can lay on the ground.
Ok I have everything ran right positive battery ran to starter and one to alternator to positive battery post.
I have a good ground for the battery.
I have change out the fuel pump made sure it was on a good ground as well.
Changed out the fuel filter also the Fuel Pump Relay.
The fuel pump comes on when you turn on the suburban everything cranks up just doesn't start so I am just lost for words.
I did install a throttle body spacer but that's everything.
I open to any suggestions or ideas.

spark, fuel, air, find out what your engine is missing, then look for the why

Have you checked for fuel or spark? Injectors need the signal to fire before they spray fuel. Spray some starting fluid of some sort in the throttle body and see if it starts. Or have a helper turn it over while you're looking at the injectors to see if they're spraying fuel or get a fuel injector noid light.
