Title: Windshield wiper issue

Ive got a 73 chevy w/o intermittent wipers. Previously i can turn them on and right back off to get them to stop a couple inches above flat. But the ither day they wouldnt return to flat after letting them go up. They would just stop where they were at. Also sometimes the washer fluid will randomly pump without being pushed and i have to turn them off to fix it. Is it the switch or what

Have you replaced the wiper motor?
