I tried a search but could not find anything.I have an 85 Surburban and saw in the catalog skins for all areas of the truck.Dumb question but do these go over existing rusted areas or do you have to completely remove the old piece. Also are they welded in or adhered to the old area with some kind of adhesive.Any experience with The catalog stuff or any other brands. Thanks for any help...

you have to cut out the rusted areas and weld or 'glue' these in place. i'd recomend welding them in, if you want to glue them, you have to have a flat, clean, smooth area behind the edges of the new peice.

The forum you are on 73-87chevytrucks.com (as mentioned by ChevyGuy THANKS!) sells panels that are very competitive with other suppliers, plus it supports the board you are on.

Talking about parts hey Roundedline do you have the seal for a 76 pickup that goes between the hood and the top edge of the firewall?
