Title: interior color combinations
Post by: Coybilt on May 23, 2016, 12:57:15 am
Hey guys,
I am trying to figure out my truck. I am pretty sure someone swapped the dash pad as it is brown and the door panels are saddle tan. I am pretty sure GM didn't do two different color combos like that. I would like to have some one shed some light on the interiors of the regular and crew cabs. This truck has a saddle tan seat, carpet and door panels. The dash pad is dark brown and the A,b,and C pillar covers are white. The headliner is light gray/white.  there is no RPO code in the glove box of this truck and i haven't looked to see if there is a body tag.

sounds like the pillar covers and headliner is incorrect. I am in the process of correcting the headliner to the correct saddle tan, I  will prep and dye the pillar covers to saddle tan so it all is correct and doesn't look like a abortion.

The dash pad may be correct, my '87 has the original dash pad, dark brown with tan door panels and seats from the factory, no white though.
