Title: Wheel Bolt Pattern 77 Chevy pickup
Post by: Fulltimechevy89 on May 24, 2016, 10:18:16 pm
Hi!
Can anyone tell me if the 1/2 ton 1977 k10 chevy truck originally came with 5 or 6 bolt wheels. I've been told that I have the axles off a 72 4x4 truck.

Thanks!

Okay GM is really easy. All rims have the same bolt pattern from '71 until the mid '90s.
1/2 2wd: 5 bolts
1/2 4wd: 6 bolts
3/4 ton and 1 ton, 2wd or 4wd, 8 bolts

Hope this helps!! :)

Thanks for the info. Sure did help me out. Some brake parts were for my truck but came with 5 pattern instead of six. I think i have swapped axles on mine truck but the wheels must be the same.

Thanks again!
