Title: tilt steering has up and down movement

my tilt steering wheels as quite of bit up and down movement in it.  does anyone know what part or parts i need to interchange?

Its a pain in the rear. You need  to pull the ignition, derectional switch all out and put some lock tight on the four bolts that hold it together and reinstall them. Get a manual or have some one that has done them before help you. Thats what I did the first time I did one.
