Title: Do I have a bolt or plug missing

I'm trying to clean up my engine compartment and I stumbled across this.  It is on the front, top, driver side .  It's a 350 4 barrel (http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160529/39a0a76f053319e4766d7eab80a504e7.jpg)

a bolt goes there....it is one of the bolts that hold the intake manifold on....you might have an intake leak now if that bolt is missing.

Thanks makes sense.  I believe it's A 3/8 by 1"...
