I am trying to locate a store or site where I would be able to purchase a replacement of the speedometer and fuel gauge since they are connected in my 74 Chevy C10 base 250. I would appreciate any suggestions. Or if someone would be able to inform me of what years are interchangeable that would also be appreciated.

Not sure what you mean.
Off the top of my head, I believe the speedo and fuel gauges from any 73-87 will physically fit. However, there were some details that differ between the years. Someone will correct me if this is wrong.
If you're looking to keep the correct lettering, etc., the '73 and '74 (maybe 75) only had MPH on the speedometer. Later versions had mph and k/ph and may have additional warning light windows in the bottom. Additionally, 80's gauges will have different style lettering on the speedometer and fuel gauge.
With the other gauges, if equipped, you can run into issues when swapping (i.e, ammeter and voltmeter are wired different and mechanical versus electric oil pressure gauge).
As for sources, you might check with the site administrator here (CaptKaos).

Thanks for the reply. I bought one of the chiton books for my truck, and the diagram for the instrument cluster looks like the speedometer is on the left and a connected fuel gauge right next to that on the right. Those are the only gushes I have. The rest of my stuff is idiot lights and not guages. I am wanting to keep my truck as original to the original as I can.

There are two gauge needle colors. The change is in late 1980.
The 73-75 speedometers have the same lettering.
You'll need to match the warning lamp window widths on the 73-76 speedometers.
76-80 have kmh & mph and 100mph up to 1978 or 79.
81-91 cable driven are the same but there are some 89-91 RV series with trip odometers and some 89-91 with electronic speedometers.
Fuel gauges are the same electrically. The warning lamp windows vary from 73-76.
Lettering matches from 73-75 76-80 and 81-91.
