Title: Vavle cover removal and vavle adjustment I think?

Hey my vavle is making that ticking noise on the driver side . When I remove vavle cover what do I tighten . Note: after it warms up for about ten 10 minutes the ticking is barely noticeable. 350

Follow the procedure in the service manual for valve adjustment.
