Title: Hauling a cab in a shortbed
Post by: willi2ds on July 03, 2016, 12:11:49 am
I just found a rust free cab for cheap, it's 90 miles away. Do you guys think I can turn it sideways and carry it in the bed?

It may fit, but it may also be easier to borrow or rent a small utility trailer.
I once sold a guy a pair of mint GM doors for $500, only to see him dent one by stacking one on top of the other in the bed of his truck.

I rounded up a trailer, the guy is throwing in a ton more parts for  free. Like u said, I didn't want to mess anything up trying to cram it all in the bed.
