Anyone know these dually trim pieces are worth, roughly I've been searching and can't find'm on really any site for sale

I would imagine anything for a truck that is not sold by any aftermarket parts group would be fairly pricey. Especially if it's for a model such as your picture, a dually with trim. So to those that know what they are or need them, the short answer is, probably a lot.
