Coming home from work on the freeway with light traffic backlogs and going about 25 to 30 mile per hour. When giving it just a little gas it stumbled or kind of like hiccupped. No check engine light came on yet it did this about a dozen times but only when going between 25 to 35 mph, when going faster it worked great. When making a turn and getting up to speed it worked great. I know this can sound like fuel pressure yet I do not understand that if it is then why does it not do it all the time?
Thanks,

It may be a plug wire breaking down, light load on a low rpm are a booger to track down sometimes. Minor vacuum leak/lean miss is another possibility

I agree. A bad wire, worn or cracked spark plug, perforating coil or rotor, carbon tracking in the cap - virtually any breakdown in the ignition secondary circuit can cause this.

Also check both battery cables for tightness and condition.
