Title: Serious off road mods
Post by: aaronboss221 on September 17, 2016, 06:34:52 pm
Just wanted see who out there has a lot done to their rig and what works well. Currently thinking of building a rig. Not sure if I wanna build my little taco with 1 ton axles or keep it full size with a square body. I live it Tennessee so I will mainly be doing trail riding with rock crawling mixed in. So let's see it yall. What ya got?

I have rear shock mount frame braces and heavy duty rear spring shackles from Off Road Design. It's on a 2wd 3/4 ton with a 14bolt full floater 8 lug axle. I've upgraded the suspension for 1 ton capacity so I got these two things from ORD because I thought they were cool haha. Worth the money in my opinion.

Everything from them is quality, the shackles are heavy. I really liked those, they come with greasable bolts but I didn't want that so I got just the shackles at an even $100. I don't remember how much the shock braces were, it's in my build thread.

I follow that thread. I really like those. They seem very well built.  I've also seen diy4x. Heard any about them?
