I think a very small person could break into my truck through the bottom
Anyhow, I was checkin out the parts on the website here and wasn't able to find something I'm gonna need to make the repairs on my cab.
This place has the replacement floor supports that run from left to right but I also need the ones that run from front to back.
Anybody know where I can find some??

They're like what pugsy has pionted out there except I think he has an 80's cab there. I need them for a 70's cab, 77 to be specific.
Thanks for the help fellas.

only thing different between 73-87 cabs is 2x4 from 4x4, the 4x4 have a bigger trans hump

Ah, I see.... note taken, Thanks

The Cab support channel isn't reproduced. You can make one with a 1/8" x 2" x 3/4" square edge channel welded into the existing piece though.

Well, the supports actually buckled here in the spring. Luckily my brother works for a steel tubing distributer and I got some 2"x2" square tubing from him.
I started out taking measurements and figuring the angle that the originals kick up in the front. Then cut to leangth and cut a pie out of each one so I could bend them to the correct angle. Welded the angle cuts and fitted them in place. Marked where the body mount needed to be bolted up and removed them so I could drill a hole in each for a nut to be welded in. Stuck em back in for the last time and made sure everything lined up fine and welded them to the cab. New mounts installed and all worked out fine. Closed up the door gap even. No more bouncing floor, no more worries as to when the cabs gonna completely fall over the frame.
I was also able to use the 2x2 tubing to re-support the old and ragged step-side bed to the frame. There wasn't anthing holding that thing down except its own weight, which isn't much.
Now I just need to get the rest of the rusty cab back together and some wood in the bed. Gotta finish weldin up my buddies dune buggy first though.
The old trucks time will come.
Thanks Chris, for getting me back on here!
