I recently had my truck painted and part of the deal was they put on new chrome side molding on my 87 Silverado. Well they did not know that the molding edge is cut at an angle after cutting the length. Has anyone had this happen and had it cut after it was installed.
Thanks

Don't think I've heard of it being cut after the fact. I would think it would too easy to damage the paint

If your real careful with a new(read real sharp)x-acto or box cutter you may be able to put a couple layers of masking tape over the paint, then slice The molding taking only a little at a time, you may be able to put the bevel in without harming the paint.
