I have the shackle on and it hits the bed mount, I searched and read that I can notch tbe bed mount and get it to work right. Right now as it sits it raised the truck 2" instead of dropping it.
I also have the hangers to change out, I only have a passenger side tank. Is their a way to get the rivets out without moving the tank out of the way. I have a grinder but it will not reach all the rivets.

you have to notch the bed with a shackle kit for that to clear. Don't drive it like that.
are you removing the front shackle? I can't remember as it has been a while but is there not enough space for a air chisel?
I generally just run flip kits or drop springs.

I did the notch already, not pretty but will work until I can get the bed off and drop the tank to get the hanger rivets out.
Unfortunately I do not have an air compressor to use an air chisel, been using an eletric grinder. I may see if I can use a friends to get the rivet heads off, after their out it seems pretty simple to swap out hangers.
