Title: 1983 c10 rear disc swap?!

Hey all..
I'm new to this forum but not the trucks so I'd like to start by saying hey all and thanks for all the good posts! They have helped me a lot over the last few years.

Anyways, I'm looking to do a rear disc swap on my 83 c10 10 bolt. I've seen where someone used some awd astro van parts but couldn't find a follow up on the topic. I'd love to stray away from spending alot of cash on it so does anyone have a idea or list I could go by for a piece together diy kit?
