Title: Adding a factory clock.
Post by: Tommyd11730 on December 28, 2016, 10:59:57 pm
Ok, so I'm thinking of adding a factory quartz clock to my 84 GMC K2500.  Did the clocks have a patch harness (12v?) to power them up (like the tach?).  I figure I have to drill the clear lens, but can anyone think of anything else I have to do?

Thanks!

Piece of cake, I did it once about 10 years ago so I don't know the specifics other than the wiring plug uses the cab ground above the parking brake and the positive goes right to the fuse block.
