Are there center caps that will fit in these?  They are 15s

The answer is probably.  You have aftermarket rims and it is hard to tell by looking at your picture.  If it were me I'd get the measurements and how they mount to the rim and scour the web.  An outlet that sells rims may be of assistance as well.
