does anybody make smooth bumpers for a 80 c10

Front or rear? Are you referring to a rollpan?

both no roll pan also widebed

I have made my own with painted bumpers. Weld carage bolts into bumper once it is lined up correctly. Then grind the head off, fill with weld, grind smooth, prime / paint etc.
