Title: Transmission Cooling Line Replacement
Post by: dtaylor7897 on January 29, 2017, 10:13:37 pm
Hola guys

In hooking up my trans cooling lines to my new 700r4, I kinked one of them and now it is leaking. I found them pre-bent for $55 + $20 in shipping, but I feel like that's a bit steep. So do you guys think I could fix the leak, or should I go for a new one?

If I can't fix them, I was thinking about making my own. Are they super high pressure or can I just use some left over fuel lines and add some fittings on the end? I'd appreciate some expertise from someone who has done this.

If it matters, 79 K20 Suburban, just swapped from TH400 to 700r4.

Thanks
