Title: Is there anywhere to find this vacuum connector?

I broke a nipple on this vacuum connector....

It's a complicated piece with 4 nipples.  The 3/8 barbs are to the PCV, another to the carb, and a third to the deceleration valve.  The 1/4 barb goes to the vac canister.

Does anyone known of a part number or source for replacement?

You can add a small section of hose to another Tee if you can't find it.

Try Ebay. I have seen a lot of them there of all sizes and shapes. Cannot recall seeing that one, but was not searching for one like that.
