Title: Paint Code Help

Hello everyone, I have a 81 C10 Custom Deluxe and the dash sheet says "17p Mystic Silver" - but there is really nothing online when I search for this code. I tried looking at all 1981 paint codes and saw three for silver WA5281 WA7410 and WA7448 - but there is no info online about the full names of those such as if any are called "mystic" or what shade of silver they are.

Any idea what silver paint code was used on the 1981 C10's ?

Thanks bd! Looks like that chart is calling it Light Silver Metallic then which sounds right as it is a pretty light silver. Can you buy paint off any of these codes or can shops mix it? When I search online nothing really comes up for these codes either, wondering if they're just too old for shops to use? Are you better off just finding a modern GM equivalent somehow you think?

Any Sherwin-Williams Automotive paint store or Napa Auto parts (Martin Senor) can match with a code
