Title: front leaf hangers/body mount

are the front leaf hangers/body mounts the same from k10 through k30 or is it like the frames where the material is thicker on the heavier model? i'm asking because i have a 4x4 1 ton drive line and a 2wd truck i'm looking at putting it in however the hangers on the donor truck are quite heavily rusted to the point i don't think they are road worthy, so i need to find out if i can simply get any K series front leaf hangers/body mounts or if i need to look for K30 1 ton stuff. To be clear i am referring to the front spring hangers that are integral to the rad cradle body mounts

ok i went out and compared the front leaf hanger between my 1 ton and Dads 3/4 and they are the same, i don't have a half ton so can someone with a half and 1 ton or half and 3/4 go and compare them?

I'll check my half ton to the 1 ton tomorrow, I am almost positive they were the same-frame rail thickness is different, and I think around the rear front shackle mount the frame becomes taller for the 3/4 and 1 tons.

good info for anyone looking to do a 4wd conversion to know, front leaf hangers/body mounts seem to be the same between K10, K20 and K30s thanks for the help Kaiser
