Title: Cab Swap

I'll be getting a nice '85 C10 cab next month to replace my '78 K15 Flinstone cab and was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for a new body mount kit. Also, is there anything that should watch out for with the swap? I plan on using the '78 front end and read somewhere that there may be an issue with the hood hinges and wiper posts. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have an Energy Suspension body mount kit in my 77. first set i ever replaced so i have nothing to compare it to other than the crumbly stock mounts lol but it was a good kit i didnt have to buy anything extra

Have you thought about the potential impact on the title and registration?  Typically the title and registration follow the cab because that's where VIN is located.

The new cab comes with the title so that shouldn't be a problem.
