I have an 1986 Chevy c30 with the 7.4. I put all new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Thursday I went to goto work and it started hella rough then kinda acted like it was out of gas and died. tried to start and nothing. took out three plugs and all were firing (blue spark) but still wouldn't even attempt to start. Even when I spayed starting fluid in the carb I got nothing. The day beforeit wouldn't start it had been running really weird when starting from a stop. The only idea I have is that the carb is shot, needs rebuilding. does this sound like that could be the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I gotta get this thing running before tomorrow...work calls.
Thank you,
Trey

So this condition happened AFTER you changed plugs and wires?

I think it has been sluggish for a bit, I thought maybe it was just because its 6500 lbs and not a race car. but then i did some test pulls and can tell it is faling in face. did the plugs and wires and cap and rotor because was dieseling and missing. didnt help as much as i thought it would or should
