I recently installed new vent window seals that I purchased from this site. The seals fit pretty well but in the lower rounded corner of the seals have several wrinkles that I can't seem to eliminate. The seal is yhe outer portion that seals the vent frame to the body. Can anyone give me some ideas of how to fix this so that the seals will lay flat and seal properly?
Thanks

I had no issues with mine-I started at the upper top corner-started working in seal, then switched to bottom corner, working back to top. It took a little more work to make sure the seal seated in the round corner, but it did fit.
Did you triple check and made sure you bought the right seal?? I almost got the wrong ones for my truck because it was a split year truck-plus I was using different vent Windows.

Can you post pics of what you are talking about?

Try resetting them and pulling them up at the top. If they still look like lasagna, tape them down if they are installed and go over those areas carefully with a heat gun. You should be able to train the areas to fit.

Attached are two photos of what I am talking about. Yes they are the correct seals as they were purchased from the site and I verified that I had the correct ones with the administrator.
This truck has been garage kept and is about to go for inspection. Do you think having it out in the sun will help these even out? Or if you guys think I should use the tape method please let me know what type of tape to use.
Thanks

The lip that is wrinkled should be inside the opening of the door not outside of it. You need to remove the vent and reinstall it with the lip inside the door. see attached.
