I'm looking to get a set of make your own length plug wires for my 84 that has a engine swap to 454. What is the correct style boot? Just the long straight ones? Currently there's a notch in the boots to flex the cable to 90 degrees.
I just ordered a set of the correct plug wire retainers, there was only 1 of 6 left and the wires are flopping everywhere.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170724/332aa07d1de8d5c14a6e7d47457d620d.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170724/0b8ebacf136833e961cedfaea7bdaa13.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170724/20840bba4fa6cb5613fa4d69a9b17370.jpg)

theyre 8mm and they look like what you have on now. IMO theres no need for "make your own wires" unless you have a performance motor. even then most of the "performance" wires are only 8mm
