Title: What brake setup would this have had from the factory?

A friend of mine picked up a 1/2 ton 2wd 1977 c10 custom stepside short bed

As a surprise birthday present I was ordering her a power disc brake setup.


It's asking if I want 2 disc or 4 disc
My question is what did this model come with from the factory ??
I was thinking it most likely was disc front /drum read from the factory
