I have a '74 Chevy C10 250ci inline 6. I was given 5quarts of Delo 400 15w-40 oil, and I was wondering if it will work in my engine. Any help would've appreciated.

Along with a filter change, Delo 400 Multigrade SAE 15W-40 (http://www.chevronlubricants.com/en_US/products/products/delo-400-multigrade-15w-40.html#.WaHAfMaQyJB) will work just fine.
