Title: Blue wire in the engine bay

Their is a blue and green wire on the passenger side of the engine bay disconnected and I was wondering if any one new what it does or what it goes to

Assuming the vehicle in question is described in your signature, post a pic of the wires and connector and the harness they are tied into.
