The brown wire coming out of what all the diagrams say is an unused terminal at the headlight switch, was grounded, thus catering the T/L ctsy fuse to blow.
I don't know what this wire is yet, but I cut it and all of lights work.
Except for the tag and under dash lights.
Horrible solution, but it's currently a daily and it was getting late.
Any ideas in what this wire is feeding

Brown is generally the tail and optional cab clearance lamp circuits.

I have read a few posts where people have had similar issues when an aftermarket head unit was installed. PO did this as well
