Title: Bucket seat swap question.
Post by: Tommyd11730 on October 26, 2017, 01:09:37 pm
Ok.  So my 84 K2500 is uncomfortable to drive.  I'm 6' 1"  225lbs just for reference.   My trucks bench seat has been redone and I feel like the back is either 2 firm or dosent tilt back/recline enough.

I'm going to purchase a 89-91 Suburban as a parts truck and was thinking of swapping the buckets and console into my 84. So, is their room to recline the Suburban seats in a pickup?  I would hate to do the swap and have an equally uncomfortable ride.

Thanks guys!

Recline, if you move the seat forward but not if it's all the way back. Buckets are more comfortable and offer more adjustments though
