Title: What were the manual transmissions?

We all know the TH350, 400 and 700r4 transmissions, but what manual transmissions were available? Like, for my 83 c1500, it has the TH350, what would've been the optional manual trans for it?

3 speed column shift was standard (3 on the tree) SM465 3 speed with L on the floor and the MY6/MM7 option of a 4speed with OD on the floor
