I was bleeding the old brake fluid out of my 75 K20 and found that bleeding the right front required me to really stand on the brake pedal to move the pedal. The other three pedals did not require nearly as much force. On a couple occasions the force needed to move the brake pedal was comparable to the other three wheels but when I did the next cycle of bleeding it required excessive pressure again. Would this be a blockage in the brake line or a problem with the caliper?

Possibly failing flex hose. They fail internally causing less fluid flow. If they haven't been replaced in a several years, I would recommend replacing both left and right. Could also be failing caliper. Possibly bad master cylinder, but if only one side then hoses and/or calipers may be problem.. I have had these issues in the last few years with trucks that have had components that were very old. Hope this helps. Note...Always replace brake parts in pairs.

Have you verified that the bleeder screw is clear and not all stopped up with rust? If it is clear than the front brake hose on that side is at fault if the hard line isn't smashed going to that wheel.

The caliper checked out okay so I replaced the flexible brake line and that took care of the problem. Thanks

yes the hose brackets rust and pinh off hose.. i cut mine of my hoses recently same deal. dodge trucks and vans do it too especially in 90s.
