Title: 78 k20 Frame Advice

Hey guys, I was looking for some opinions on how to tackle restoring the frame and the best way to do it? I got a quote from a local shop too sandblast and powder coat the frame and leave springs for about $1200.
I was also thinking about spending the time and using POR15?
I can add some pictures if that helps. Overall the frame is in pretty good condition

I would recommend powder coating over POR-15.
