Title: Wiper Delay

I have read a few of the articles on wiper delay so I think I have an idea what I need. I have an 86 k10 that I swapped columns in(auto to manual)  the auto was delay/tilt/cruise.  The manual column is low/high wipers(and out of an 82 or so).  I know I will need a turn signal stalk, and the switch if I am reading right.  What else will I need?       I did trace all the cruise wiring and vacuum and remove it.
