Title: Wheel backspacing question need help !!

Have a 84 c10 and my buddy has some wheels that are 22 inch x9 offset -6 with back spacing of 4.75 and rears are 22x10 +6 offset and backspacing 5.75 question is will they fit correctly and can I lower front end 4-6 inches without front wheel hitting or sticking out
