Title: wipers work but pulse doesn't

I have an 77 C10 with an 85 cab and all of the 85 electrics (P/W,locks, ect.)the wipers work but the pulse/delay does not. I replaced the switch in the column and the pulse board (AC DELCO part) any ideas? I'm going to print off the schematics and check the wiring but I assume if the wipers work in the low and high setting they'd be okay???
When I did this swap the schematics on this site helped tremendously.

If everything works normal it's probably a bad module. Clean and recheck the connections.

i did that and even tried another module.

Review the factory diagnostic procedure in the 1984 Service Manual (http://www.73-87chevytrucks.com/techinfo/7387CKMans//Service/X8432_1984_GMC_Light_Duty_Trucks_Service_Manual.pdf#page=1616).

If it's a tested and known good module, low and hi work normal then recheck the switch
