How experience are you with autos?

To get the clutch out you are going to have to remove the hydraulic lines to the clutch, remove the driveshafts, remove the trans crossmembers, remove/support the trans/transfer case, remove the bellhousing, remove the pressure plate/clutch, remove the flywheel.  Take the flywheel to get it turned and purchase a new clutch kit (pressure plate, clutch and throw out bearing).  And reverse the proceedure.

I would remove it with the transmission.
