Can someone please tell me how to wire HEI distributor and high torque mini starter??? Maybe a cheat sheet or picture!! TIA

What year and model? What HEI do you have?

a HEI dis sould only have one wire running to it (key B+ (otherwise known as keyed 12v )). the starter will be wired just like your old one
