Is this header junk, or is there cheap and easy fix for this? I don't have a welder. Thanks.

You could put a new reducer on and clamp it as a band aid fix but I'd say it's time for a new set of headers.

What Vile said. You could take it to a welder or exhaust shop, but by the time they are done with it, it will probably look horrible, and not be worth the money you pay them.

I agree with what others have said about replacing the headers. I have seen a few cars where muffler shop cut the collector off the header and welded the exhaust pipe directly to the header. This eliminates the chance of the collector leaking. The downside of this is that you can't just unbolt the headers or exhaust system if you are swapping a motor or trans.
