Title: Weatherstrips

I am currently in the middle of doing a frame off restoration of my 1985 Silverado 10 that I bought brand new that suffered an unfortunate fire. After a lot of research I find that the price of weatherstripping for our trucks varies a huge amount from one vendor to the next. Do any of you have any experience with the different brands and could recommend a brand or vendor by quality and proper fit? The price is less of an issue to me than quality.

Sorry to hear your truck caught fire.  Have you looked at the offerings through our site store (http://store.73-87chevytrucks.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=7&Category_Code=WTHR)?  Email CaptKaos (webmaster@73-87chevytrucks.com) with your list of needed items and/or questions on quality, price and availability.  As a general rule, the store owner only sells merchandise that he would and has used on his own vehicles.
