Have you tried a pulley puller?

The puller works alot like a balancer puller, it has a 2 peice cup that fits around the ring on the end of your pulley and a bolt that acts as a jack bolt that pulls the pulley off. You will also need it to put the pulley on the new pump. You should be able to rent the kit at either advance or Auto zone. Your going to pay like 30 or 40 bucks for it to rent, but they give the money back if you don't mess it up or lose peices to the kit.

PS you might want to go back and edit your language a little, Roundedline will give you the what for.
