Title: 1981 on up Speedometers?

I have seen in pictures 6 digits+ the tenths speedometers and I would like to find a couple.  Does anyone know what vehicles I should start searching for?  I am thinking probably the bigger medium duty trucks.  Anyone know? Besides new ones on eBay?
