Title: How to ID a lift?

I am going to go look at a Suburban that is at a dealer. It is a 90 and it looks like it has a lift, maybe 4in? Not sure. Can anyone point me to a measurement of center of axle to fender or something of the sort to ID the size of lift?
I don't need to know the brand, that is secondary at this moment. I just want to make sure it is going to work for my needs before I buy this thing. If it is too radical I won't be able to use it for my needs.
