So my son is driving my 76K10 4x4 until his 77 Trans Am is done being restored , One day he came home from school said dad the truck is pulling hard to the passenger side ..I was going to put new brakes on it anyways , Jack it up and wheel falls right off , all 6 wheel studs and Lug-nuts gone some damage to rim ...So I go get new Studs lug-nuts , bearings and seals , replace it all , put wheel back on torque down lug nuts and within 5-6 miles all lug-nuts gone but one , no studs broken off ...What is causing this! I’m about to pull my hair out !

Any issues with your neighbors? I can't see how 4-5 lug nuts could back off in a few miles.

No issues with neighbors ...Im just wondering if I’m using the wrong lug nuts Or the wheels have the seat wore out so the lugs can’t tighten up and seat properly.?? I’m at a lost

In the first instance, "someone" probably hit something. In the second instance, you replaced the studs, how did you seat them?
-
I pounded them in with hammer and punch

If the lug nuts get loose the studs will break off
When you tighten down the Lug nuts Check the wheel , make sure it’s fitting on the hub properly and is seating
And that the bolt holes are not damaged
If the holes on the wheel are egg shaped , the nuts will not stay tight
I would also replace the nuts

How long have those rims been on the truck?
Any good pics of the rims & lug nuts?

Sounds like you did not seat them well enough and as you drove it, they seated themselves and loosened up and broke again.
There are splines on the studs that have to be seated completely into the rotor.
