Title: 78 c20 motor has been run in 4 years

Turned over by hand but i feel a rough spot should i pull heads? 87 5.7 centerbolt heads

I'm not expert on this, but this is what I would do. Take out all spark plug and squirt oil in each cylinder and turn over. If no binds, then put spark plug back in and crank over.  The damage is already done if there is a bind somewhere, so what have you got to lose?
