So I bought a 1986 Chevy k10 Silverado. This truck needs some help for sure. Took the cluster out due to not having any dash lights. There was two of the light sockets missing out of the cluster and a bunch of the bulbs blown out. But my main question is there is a bulb socket in the upper corner of the cluster with a black with green strip wire that looks like a previous owner cut. Is it a ground wire or does it go some where else I can't find a wire in the dash any where that was cut that matches the color combo. I will have to up load the photo tomorrow when I can get on my computer
